Dalhousie's Provost Committee recently engaged Ronald B. Bond Consulting to provide an external review of Enrolment Related Budget Allocation (ERBA), the mechanism by which the university links program enrolments and class registrations to the annual budget allocations that each Faculty receives. ERBA has been used at the university for two decades and modified numerous times during that timeframe.
 
Dal is seeking your feedback on the 13 recommendations contained in the Bond ERBA report. Please review the report [NetID login required], which provides important context regarding the recommendations, and then complete the survey by September 29, 2017. All comments will be anonymous unless you choose to include your name.

A summary report of all feedback received will be compiled, and the Provost Committee will undertake further consultations with the Dalhousie Community in the fall, including Senate, Board, and the Budget Advisory Committee, to inform decisions related to adjustments, if any, to the ERBA model.
