Position: Part-Time Academic – Fall 2017 – APSC 2013 – Machinery & Building Technology – Half Course

Department:  Department of Engineering

Pay Rate:  In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement

Work Assignment:   This instructor will teach half of APSC 2013 – Machinery & Building Technology between the period of September – December 2017.  The course lectures are currently scheduled for Monday/Wednesday/Friday 15:35-16:25, while the labs are scheduled Wednesdays 11:35-14:25.  The instructor will be responsible for all topics related to Structures for this course, including lectures, test and exam preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

Requirements:  Masters in Engineering or Applied Sciences or equivalent; Teaching experience at a University Level; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and Faculty.

Requirements:  Teaching experience at a University Level; Degree in a relevant field; Demonstrated teaching effectiveness and excellent interpersonal skills with students and Faculty.
