Developing the Competency of Respect and Inclusion
Respect and Inclusion is one of Dalhousie's Core Competencies. It is described as “promoting respect and inclusion by working successfully with a wide variety of people and encouraging participation and involvement”. Each competency defines specific behaviours at three levels: self, team and organization.
This week’s focus is on a on a self-behaviour described as:
“Displays appreciation for and recognizes value of different opinions, roles, experiences, cultures and backgrounds.” Check out this Skillsoft Online video:
