Purchasing Card Information Session

The Procurement Department offers information sessions for the Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program. The P-Card program is designed to streamline the process for day-to-day, low dollar value purchasing (under $3,000) and eliminates the necessity of generating Purchase Orders. Charges are paid directly by the University on a monthly basis.

In order to qualify for a P-Card, you must be an employee of the University, attend an information session, complete and submit an application approved by your Department Head or Manager. Cards take approximately 12 days to arrive.
