Temporary Relocation Due To Hicks Building Exterior Renovations ‑ Financial Services Staff In Research Accounting, Risk Management, And Budget Office

Please be advised that staff in Room 12 and Room 224 of Financial Services will be temporarily relocated due to exterior renovations effective Monday, February 29 until August 31, 2016 (return date tentative). This temporary move will not impact campus mail as all campus mail is received in the main reception area of Financial Services (Room 44). Any hand deliveries should be dropped off at the main reception of Financial Services. All phone numbers will remain the same.

Following summarizes the staff moves:
• Research Accounting staff usually located in Rooms 12 and 224 of the Hicks Building will be temporarily located on the 5th floor, O’Brien Hall, Sexton Campus.
• Risk Management Coordinator (Marlene Daye-Smith) will be temporarily located in O’Brien Hall, Room 503
• Budget Office staff usually located in Room 12 will be temporarily located in Room 44, Hicks Building. Access to O’Brien Hall offices must be pre-arranged with occupants as this is a secure building. Research Accounting staff and the Risk Management Coordinator will not be accessible on Monday, February 29 when the move is underway.
