Would you like the opportunity to help provide a warm welcome to our students as they being their exciting new journey or return to university life? Volunteers are needed for the 2015 AskMe! Information Booth on the Studley Campus the first week of September.
The AskMe! Information Booth will be set up from Tuesday, September 8 to Friday, September 11, 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., located in the green space just outside of the Killam Memorial Library at the corner of LeMarchant Street and University Avenue. In the event of rain, the booth will move indoors to the Killam Library Atrium.
We invite you to volunteer for one or several time slots by entering your name in the schedule at:
2015 AskMe! Booth Volunteer Schedule
Typical questions from students include directions to buildings, departments and Orientation events; where a particular service is located, etc. A variety of reference materials will be available at the AskMe! Information Booth including campus maps, a copy of the Orientation schedule and copies of the LiveWell, LearnWell, LeadWell@Dal booklet – a helpful guide to services, programs and resources on campus.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Candace Fougere – Candace.Fougere@dal.ca. Thank you!
