Employee Benefits reminder: Adding, removing and updating your beneficiaries

As an employee with Dalhousie University you are a participant in the insured benefits program. It is important to update your beneficiary designations whenever your circumstances change. If there are no beneficiaries on file your benefits will be paid to your estate.
 
You can change, add or remove a beneficiary at any time. It is important that we receive the original forms for your file as they are legal documents. All completed forms should be sent to Employee Benefits, HR department.
