POSITION:  Teaching Assistant (4 positions)
[Sept 2014 - Dec 2014]
                                                               
DEPARTMENT/LOCATION:  Bachelor of Management
 
PAY RATE:  $21.53 (approx. 90 hours)
                                                                                                                                                                                
WORK ASSIGNMENT:     The Teaching Assistant will assist with MGMT 1000 - Introduction to Management Issues I
Successful applicants will be responsible for leading tutorials once a week, meeting with students and marking assignments.  Tutorials are held on Fridays  (please check academic timetable for preferred time).  Tutorial leaders are required to meet weekly.
 
You should have completed or be enrolled in a Masters program.  Preference will be given to those who have entrepreneurial experience or aspirations. The entrepreneurial experience and aspirations may include:
* Traditional venture start up
* For profit ventures
* Not for profit ventures
* Social entrepreneurship
* New initiatives in existing ventures
* New initiatives in the public sector
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:  Have a good academic track record.  Good interpersonal skills required to work with groups of students or for one-on-one interaction.  To be well organized.
