The spring term group fitness schedule is set to start next week at the Sexton Campus Gymnasium, on Monday April 29.
Classes are included in your Dalplex membership but Dalhousie faculty & staff and other non-members can still take part in the classes for a fee.
All classes start at 1:05pm.
Class schedule:
Mondays: Strength
Tuesdays: No class
Wednesdays:Step/Strength
Thursdays: Yogaflex
Fridays: Circuit Training
