Healthy Workplace Award Celebration

Dalhousie’s Healthy Workplace Award will soon be presented for the second time. In 2011, the first award recipient was Management Career Services.

The Award recognizes departments/units/teams that embody some or all of the six dimensions of wellness:
-Physical
-Spiritual
-Emotional
-Interpersonal
-Environmental
-Intellectual

There are remarkable things happening at Dal within individual departments, units and teams, and they are seeing amazing results. Come find out which nine work groups were nominated for the Healthy Workplace Award and which is the winning one for 2013. You will hear about initiatives that might work in your own area, and hear from some leaders about why a healthy workplace matters.
