The basketball teams had a two-game home stand this weekend. They hosted STFX on Friday night and UPEI on Saturday. The women won their first game in three years on Saturday, while the men lost in overtime to STFX and beat UPEI.

The men's hockey team hosted the X-Men on Wednesday night at the Halifax Forum before travelling to PEI on Friday.

After getting shutout by the X-Women on Wednesday, the women's hockey team hosted Saint Mary's on Friday. It took ten round of a shootout to determine the winner which saw the Huskies beat the Tigers.
