Celebrating service

By its very nature, Dalhousie is a place where people move through it — visitors walking through campus, special guests here for a moment or two, students who make the most of their time here and then take what they've learned into the next phase in their lives.

But some people stay — and continue to make an impact year after year after year.

Dalhousie celebrates those people each year at its Milestones Reception, at which special pins are presented to faculty and staff who've reached milestones of 25, 35 and a most impressive 45 years of service. The reception was held on June 19, just prior to the Dalhousie Legacy Awards.
