A new issue of Green Perspectives has just hit local newsstands. The undergraduate journal includes academic and creative submissions by Dalhousie students on environmental themes. It’s produced by the Environmental Programs Students Society (EPSS), with support from the President’s Office, Student Services and the Dalhousie Science Society.

Befitting a journal called Green Perspectives, the annual journal is printed on unbleached, 100 per cent recycled paper and will also be available online.

The project is headed by student editor Christopher Currie, who is studying environmental science. The new issue includes articles on the Great Lakes clean-up and how issues like racism and poverty impact on the environment.

If interested in purchasing the journal, e-mail EPSS@dal.ca.
