February holiday

Monday was Family Day in Ontario, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

First celebrated in Alberta in 1990, the idea of a February holiday spread to Saskatchewan in 2007 and Ontario just last year.

Do people in Nova Scotia deserve a mid-winter break? All three provinces mark the day on the third Monday in February.
