CDO Employer Panel (Virtual): Getting Ready for 2L Toronto Interview Week
Preparing for Toronto 2L interview week can feel both exciting and challenging. Join the Career Development Office for an engaging virtual panel featuring representatives from Toronto government offices as well as boutique, regional, and national law firms.
Panellists will share insights into the recruitment process, what employers look for in candidates, interview preparation strategies, and how students can stand out during interview week and throughout the 2L recruit.
The discussion will also touch on common recruit dilemmas, including whether, when, and how to communicate that an employer is your first choice.
This is an excellent opportunity to hear directly from employers across a variety of practice settings, gain a better understanding of Toronto's legal market, and learn how to navigate the recruit process with confidence.
