Law Hour: Afghanistan to Canada – A Bridge of Bravery, Determination, and Sisterhood
Law Hour is pleased to welcome Dalhousie Law School alum and Aurum Award recipient the Honourable Justice Mona Lynch (LLB '85) and Sudaba Yameen for a conversation about their professional experiences, offering students a unique perspective on the legal profession, judicial service, and international experiences in law.
- Lynch is a justice of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and member of the Afghan Women Judges Support Committee.
- Yameen is a visiting practitioner at the University of New Brunswick, and is a former lawyer and judge from Afghanistan who served on the Primary Court of Kapisa Province.
