Lesley Prideaux

Lesley Prideaux is Associate Legal Counsel at Nova Scotia Health, where she advises clinical and operational leaders on a broad range of health law issues, including privacy, mental health law, quality and safety reporting requirements, and consent and capacity. In her role, Lesley provides advice on policy development, commercial negotiations, and the assessment and management of organizational risk. Lesley was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2015 and worked in private practice before joining Nova Scotia Health in 2016. Lesley also teaches on the subjects of consent to treatment, malpractice, and negligence at the Dalhousie University School of Dentistry.
