Our Spanish classes celebrated Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a special visit from las Catrinas, who shared this beautiful Mexican tradition that honors loved ones who have passed away. Students learned about the meaning of the altars (ofrendas) and the symbolism behind each element while creating their own.
It was a joyful, creative, and meaningful cultural experience—and so much fun!
