Dr Sylvain Charlebois, Faculty of Management and Dr Simon Somogyi, Faculty of Agriculture are investigating if Canadians are willing to accept marijuana as a food ingredient. The main objective of the research project is to better understand how Canadians perceive recreational marijuana as a food ingredient if it were to be legalized, whether they would include marijuana as part of their diet, and if so, how they intend to do it . All those who complete the survey can enter a draw to win one of four $50 gift certificate to a local restaurant where they live.
