Valuable Workshops Available: March 21 and 28th

Posted by Stephanie Rogers on March 13, 2017 in News

No matter your role, we're all ambassadors of the Faculty and recruiting to our campus is all of our responsibility. Whether we're conducting presentations or casually meeting prospective students in our community, it's important that we have the tools to best communicate our unique campus experiences to prospective students and their influencers.

At this workshop, they hope to engage you in lively discussion, get your questions answered and learn more about our recruitment and marketing approach for students. Student Recruitment Coordinator, Gillian Hatch, and Marketing Manager, Mary-Eleanor Power, will walk you through feedback recruiters have heard on the road, and talk about how we advertise the Faculty. They will also go into greater detail about partnerships the Faculty has embarked upon in the past year, plans for the coming year, as well as planning underway for the 200th anniversary (for the Faculty specifically).

They will be hosting two sessions in the CA Douglas Boardroom on Tuesday, March 21st from 2:30 to 4pm and March 28th from 3 to 4:30pm. Please RSVP to Mary-Eleanor Power, mfpower@dal.ca and indicate your desired time. *You are still welcome even if you cannot attend the full workshop.

No matter your role, please consider taking advantage of this opportunity to connect with our recruiters and marketers for the Faculty and gain valuable tools that will enhance our continued recruitment efforts. As well, we encourage you to fill out this survey as we continue to better understand how faculty and staff receive and access information about our Faculty:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3DRXM2Y

Sincerely,

David Gray
