The Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) has launched a survey as part of our three-year project focused on Supporting the Advancement of Women in Agriculture.

We would like to hear from you about your views on barriers to women advancing to leadership roles in agriculture and what you think may be helpful to break down these barriers. Your contribution to this process will help us more fully understand the situation so we can take steps towards improving women’s access to leadership and business opportunities in our industry.

Both women and men are invited to complete the 15-minute survey available at http://www.cahrc-ccrha.ca/Supportingwomeninagriculture, which will be open until November 30.
