Transportation & Moving

Submitting a request

All requests for transportation and moving services are booked through FAMIS. Once a request is made, you will be contacted by the appropriate Facilities Management staff person to discuss details.  Please keep in mind:

• There is only one university vehicle dedicated to transportation and moving, available from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
  
• Advance notice is required - 10 to 15 working days

Limited service dates

Service will be limited on specific dates due to other activities happening on campus like convocations, Open House, and exam set-up/tear-down. Service will be limited on:

• October 1, 2, 3, & 11
• December 3, 4, 5, 18, & 19
