Maintenance and Repairs

The Dalhousie Campus is split into four distinct campuses - Studley, Carleton, Sexton, and Agriculture. To provide maintenance and repair services to buildings within these campuses, Facilities Management (FM) has recently transitioned from a full geographically-based Zone Team Maintenance structure to a Campus Team structure that also includes two centralized teams that focus on Planned Maintenance and Utility System Maintenance across all Halifax campus facilities.  Each team is staffed by a dedicated group of professional trades personnel whose goal is to provide responsive and quality maintenance and repair services.
