1. SLEQs are completely confidential. No identifying information will ever be sent to your instructor.
2. Your feedback is important!
3. Forms are accessible even after being submitted until the closing date.
4. Results of SLEQs are not reported until two weeks after the final grade submission deadline has passed for the term.
*Important: you should not type any identifying information in the comments boxes. Comments are not reviewed before getting reported to your instructor.

Guidelines for Students
SLEQ timeline
| Question Personalisation Opens | 28 days before Course End Date |
| Question Personalisation Closes | 14 days before Course End Date |
| SLEQ forms are open to students | 20% before Course End Date |
| SLEQ forms are closed | 1 day after Official Course End Date |
For most courses the questionnaires are open for 14 days. For shorter courses, the questionnaires are open for 2 to 14 days depending on the duration of the course.
