Institutional Work and Support

Efforts to create programs and courses that are equity-minded are best rewarded/most impactful when undertaken at the beginning of planning.  When we include an equity lens from the outset, equity, diversity, inclusion, decolonization, Indigenization, internationalization, and accessibility elements can be embedded throughout, rather than added later on. This results in more deep and systemic change.

When consulting with the Educational Developer, Curriculum, about new programs or program renewals, please also reach out to Senior Educational Developer, Anti-oppressive and Transformative Education. The team, consisting of the Senior Educational Developer, the Educational Developer, Internationalization and Intercultural Competency, and the Educational Developer, Indigenous Knowledges and Ways of Knowing, are here to support your work.
