To access the forms, click on Taxes under Employee Dashboard, and then Slips for Income Tax Return.

Use the drop-down menu to access and print your forms.

Please note:

• If you cannot view your T4/T4A you may have a pop-up blocker on.
• You may also have more than one T4/T4A if, for example, if your employment status changed from temporary to regular.
