In support of Dal’s Mental Health Awareness initiative in March, a series of posts are shared with a variety of resources for you to consider for your own well-being and those around you. These will have a workplace focus, while many resources are also available for students.
Today’s resource suggestions:
- Dealing with stigma at work
- Reaching out for help
- Coping at work
- Disclosing a mental illness at work
- Burnout red flags: What to watch for. If this sounds like you, seek support through our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) at 1-800-387-4765 or http://workhealthlife.com.
