Personal Training is a great way to get the most out of your Dalplex membership!

If you are sedentary to moderately active, over the age of 18 and have no history of ankle, knee or hip problems, you may be interested in participating in a walking study at Dalhousie University in the School of Physiotherapy.

Participating students will be a part of the crew and will study topics on ocean, climate, and society related to the UN sustainable development goals.
