The 2019 T4 and T4A forms are now available on Dal Online. 

To access the forms, click on Taxes under Employee Dashboard, and then Slips for Income Tax Return.

Use the drop-down menu to access and print your forms.

Please note;

• If you are unable to view your T4/T4A you may have a pop-up blocker on.
• You may also have more than one T4/T4A if, for example, you changed your status from temporary to regular.
