Dalhousie Open Mindfulness Group
Come explore the benefits of mindfulness to your wellbeing. No previous experience required. Session will include guided practice and discussion. All Dalhousie faculty, staff and students are welcome. Sessions will take place in CHEB 311 every Tuesday from October 1st to December 3rd from 12:35 - 1:25. This is part of a year-long project sponsored by a Dalhousie Workplace Wellness Grant and the Atlantic Contemplative Centre exploring the benefits of a mindfulness practice at Dalhousie.
