Dalhousie Student Health & Wellness is excited to launch the Q-Life Resilience Project in partnership with the School of Health & Human Performance and Vendura Wellness. About the project:
- The Q-Life will help students build personal and academic resilience, and will help prepare them for dealing with everyday challenges and stress
- Students get: expert advice, an e-workbook, access to online resources, and a certificate for completing resilience training
- It's FREE ($500 value) for all Dalhousie and King's students
- The course begins on October 4, 2017
