The Dalhousie’s Engineering Students have built two cars which will be entered in two divisions at an international competition focusing on fuel-efficiency and sustainability held in Detroit, Michigan this spring.  These cars will compete in two divisions focusing on sustainability, aerodynamics, fuel efficiency and minimizing weight: The Prototype Division (prioritizing fuel mileage over anything else - we achieved fifth place before) and The Urban Concept (creating a more practically designed yet fuel-efficient car for domestic use).  Students are asking for your support will help students to use superior materials and processes to increase the design’s sustainability as well as to cover travel, lodging and meals.  To support their project or get more information, please visit their projectDAL page: https://projectdal.ca/project/dalhousie-supermileage/.
