Raise a Little Health with Dalplex ‑ Walktober

Dalplex invites you to join the Dalplex: Raise a Little Health team. Everyone on the team is encouraged to track the number of steps they take throughout the course of a day with a pedometer or with a smart-phone app. The goal is to walk 10,000 steps a day.

The first 100 people to register for the challenge and drop by Dalplex Front Desk will receive a free pedometer!

1. Register for an account at walkaboutns.ca
2. Go to "groups" and search "Dalplex: Raise a Little Health"
3. Join our team and start stepping!

Weekly prize draws will take place throughout the month and team members simply need to track and record their steps online to be entered for a chance to win.

At the end of the month, one lucky student team member AND one non-student team member will each win a GRAND PRIZE of either a Personal Training (PT) Consultation and 3 PT sessions or a $100 gift card to the bookstore!
