Posted by Faculty of Science on December 3, 2014 in Community Highlights

Pan Inuit Trails Atlas will be featured on TVO’s airing of the 10-part documentary, The Polar Sea. The digital atlas provides a synoptic view of Inuit mobility and occupancy of Arctic waters, coasts and lands, including its icescapes, as documented in written historical records (maps of trails and place names).

The Polar Sea is being aired on a TVOntario’s flagship current affairs program, The Agenda with Steve Paikin. The series begins on December 1 – 5 and will continue through and including December 8th – 12th, airing on Arte, TVO and The Knowledge Network.

The Inuit Trails Atlas will appear on documentary film on December 8th at 8:40 PM ADT. (Watch the interview.)
