Members - $50 plus tax and grat
for Non-Members - $60 plus tax and grat

Host Craig MacDonald of Gallo Wines
the menu will be:

Beef Carpaccio with Frisse and Parmesan
White Bean and Smoked Ham Soup
Seared Scallop with Celeriac and Apricot
Main: Lamb with Roast Garlic and Red Wine sauce* , Tomato , Lentils , Artichokes
Dessert: Blackberry Custard Flan

* Roast Beef is available as an alternative to the lamb. Please advise us upon purchasing your ticket if you would like to make this substitution.
