Dalhousie partnered with neighbours near Larch and Jennings street last Saturday for a successful event that brought students, families, neighbours, and local business together.

From 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. the streets were filled with music, laughter, and creativity, making it a memorable celebration of the shared neighbourhood.

With paintbrushes and supplies provided by neighbours and Halifax Regional Municipality, community members worked side-by-side to repaint the street mural from last year’s event, giving it a fresh and vibrant look. Delicious treats and refreshments were provided by local café, Tart and Soul, highlighting the spirit of local collaboration with neighbours, local business and the University.

Saturday’s event demonstrated the power of community through connection, creativity, and cooperation. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the event a great success!
