Tuesday night, representatives of Dalhousie University and NSGEU Local 77 reached a tentative agreement on a three-year collective agreement.
Local 77 members voted Wednesday on the agreement. A release from the NSGEU late Wednesday night indicated that the vote was successful, meaning that there will be no strike.
Dalhousie's negotiations website congratulated the parties involved on the work to reach the agreement.
