| FEMALE Ð JEANETTE HUCK SPORT Ð SOCCER Jeanette Huck is this weekÕs Dalhousie University Female Athlete of the Week. The Hatchet Lake NS native impressed the coaching staff; playing 90 minutes in both the 1-0 win in SaturdayÕs season opener against the X-Women, and the 2-0 loss to CBU on Sunday. Her contribution over the weekend playing in two different positions has solidified her in a starting position with the Tigers this season. Huck is a first-year student enrolled in the commerce program at Dalhousie. |  |
| MALE Ð RYAN HAUGHN SPORT Ð SOCCER This weekÕs Dalhousie University Male Athlete of the Week is soccer midfielder Ryan Haughn. Haughn scored the go-ahead goal in SaturdayÕs season opening 1-0 win over the X-Men and continued to show strength despite falling to the CBU Capers 2-0 on Sunday. His outstanding effort in this opening game in the AUS conference is sure to be a sign of great things to come for the seasoned veteran. Haughn is a fourth-year Kinesiology student from Halifax, NS. |  |
