Professor Lars Osberg has been awarded the 2014 John Kenneth Galbraith Prize from the Progressive Economics Forum (PEF). He will deliver the Galbraith Lecture at the Canadian Economics Association 2014 Meetings.
In 2006, PEF established a new Prize in Economics in honour of John Kenneth Galbraith, the great Canadian economist. The first John Kenneth Galbraith Prize in Economics was awarded in 2008.
