BSW Field Placement Forms

Field Education at the School of Social Work is based on adult education principles which build on existing knowledge and experience.

The student becomes proficient in situations requiring intervention, and can recognize the need for influencing policy, program or process within the placement agency in order to carry out professional responsibilities. 

Placement information

• The placement is done at or near the end of a student’s program. 
  
• he required courses for Field Practicum are SLWK 3000, 3101, 3102, 3104, 3108, and 3109.  The co-required course for field is SLWK 3103/4103.

Field Placement Forms

We have learned that there have been some technical issues with filling in the fillable pdf forms. In order to make and save changes to a PDF file, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Changes that normally require Adobe Acrobat include: entering text, saving a PDF form, and adding comments.
