Official Transcripts for the College of Pharmacy, Dalhousie University, only contain Pass/Fail grades.  All Dalhousie pharmacy students and alumni must request their alpha/numeric grades to accompany the Pass/Fail transcript when applying for any Canadian Pharmacy Residency Program.

Follow the steps below to request an Official Transcript containing your alpha/numeric grades:

1. Email pharmadm@dal.ca with your full name and Banner Number and request a copy of your alpha/numeric grades to be sent to the Registrar’s Office.

2. Then request your official Dalhousie University transcript (Pass/Fail) from the Registrar’s Office by going to www.dal.ca and log on through your Dal Online account (go to Web for Students and Select Student Records).

Please Note: When uploading your university transcript to PRAMS you must upload both your Official Transcript containing Pass/Fail and your alpha/numeric grades.
