The School of Health Administration has launched its Executive in Residence Program by naming Robert Zed (MHSA '86), President and CEO of Triangle Strategies, as it's inaugual appointee.

Dr. David Jakeman (Pharmacy) has been awarded FRSC status by the United Kingdom Royal Society of Chemistry.

The QEII Times (Fall 2013) profiled Radiological Technology student Katrina Boudreau during her first clinical placement experience this past July.

School of Health Administration alumnus Barbara Hall was the recipient of this year's National Mentorship Award at the Canadian College of Health Leaders National Awards Banquet.

An endowment from George and Shirley Mencher will support students in the School of Human Communication Disorders who undertake a practicum placement at a site outside of Canada.

Health Promotion student Jennifer Pasiciel and team Love4Gambia recently completed a 424km run across The Gambia to raise funds and awareness of the work of the Nova Scotia Gambia Association, and it's health education programs throughout that country.
