Congratulations to the winners at the recent Crossroads Conference:

  • Kelly Adamson (Health Promotion, Graduate Program) - won best presentation in room for "Injection Drug Use Among Youth: An Exploration of Key Factors Influencing Safer and/or Unsafe Practices."
  • Nicole Doria (Kinesiology, Honours) - won best presentation in room for "Eating Disorders, Objectification Theory and Dancers."
  • Justin Hiltz (Kinesiology, Graduate Program) - won best presentation in room for "Predictability of Sequential Eye Movements and its Effects on Inhibition of Return."
  • Logan Lawrence (Kinesiology, Graduate Program) - won best poster for "Physical Activity in Patients Waiting for Knee Replacement."
  • Jennifer Pasiciel (Health Promotion, Graduate Program) - won best in category, special topics (Mental Health and Substance Abuse) for "An Exploration of Unpartnered Rural Women's Perceptions of How Their Social Relationships Influence Their Mental and Emotional Health."
