McCain Postdoctoral Fellowships

The Faculty of Agriculture at Dalhousie University and the McCain Foundation are very pleased to partner in establishment of the McCain Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowships in Sustainable Agriculture. McCain Fellowships are intended to attract recently graduated PhD scholars of superior research ability to the Faculty of Agriculture.

Applicants are not required to have completed their doctorate at the time of application, but they must do so prior to assuming the fellowship. McCain Fellowships are intended principally to attract new scholars to Dalhousie, meaning scholars not already at Dalhousie are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fellowships are valued at $60,000 per year and are awarded for a term of two years. A fellowship may be taken any time between 1 May 2022 and 15 January 2023 but preferably by 15 September 2022.

Detailed guidelines on the McCain Fellowship program and applications procedures are found here. The application form is found here.

This competition is now closed. Please check back for new competition announcements.
