Check‑in & Check‑out

You will need to sign out a key to the house during your stay. You can pick up your keys during normal business hours (Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm). You can also make arrangements to pick up keys outside of regular business hours in advance if necessary.

To make arrangements to pick up a key, please contact Administrataive Assistant or (902) 893-6514. There is a $100 replacement fee for lost keys.

After you arrive, one of our staff members will help you get oriented and review the house procedures with you.

Check-out must be by 11:00AM of your departure day; key must be returned to the Dalhousie AC International Office by 11:00AM.  If a later check-out time is needed, contact  Administrataive Assistant to make arrangements.  Please note that late checkout charges may apply.
