Chain Hoist: An electric one-ton chain hoist runs on a monorail extending from the working area across the top of the tank (certified to two tons). 

Laboratory Area: The Tower Tank has three lab work areas located at the top, bottom and mid section of the tank.

Service Outlets: Electrical outlets (110 and 220 volt), compressed air and freshwater.
