CMHC report based on Oct, 2022 data. The Truro area is not broken into zones/neighbourhoods but includes Truro and many surrounding communities. Based on current listings, the prices have risen since the release of the CMHC report. 

Some factors to consider

• Rents will vary depending on the apartment location, age, and condition.
• It is generally more expensive to live in locations close to Dalhousie University Campuses than elsewhere in the Halifax Regional Municipality or Town of Truro.
• There is no public transportation in Truro/Bible Hill.

Creating a Budget
