Are you struggling with being kind to yourself? Student Health and Wellness is offering a 3-week wellness session on self-compassion. These sessions will focus on self-compassion and kindness, addressing negative self-talk, and mindfulness. 

Please note: Registration is appreciated but not required, drop-ins are always welcome!
