Service Update
Need a new DalCard? We are open for in-person service at our office located in Howe Hall at 6230 Coburg Road.
Hours:
Please note, as of Dec. 21, 2023, evening hours will no longer be available. Please visit us during our new office hours, from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
For DalCard assistance outside regular office hours, please email dalcard@dal.ca.
The services provided include:
- New DalCards
- DalCard replacements
- DalCard troubleshooting
- UPass pickup
NOTE: We will not be offering photo services or PIN resets.
Need help outside of business hours?
If you lose your DalCard during this time, please deactivate it online.
If you need building access while we are closed but you have lost your DalCard, please contact Dal Security at 902-494-6400 for assistance.
