Over the past week, I recognize the challenges and changes we continue to face as we manage the impacts of COVID-19 at Dalhousie University.
The newly formed Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences provides room for growth for students and researchers interested in looking at the interface between human activities and the Earth.
SCIOGRAPHIES Q&A: ERIC OLIVER, OCEANOGRAPHER
Eric Oliver is helping understand the increasing occurrence — and intensity — of marine heatwaves in the ocean. In his Sciographies episode, he also shares his hope for a future in which traditional ways of knowing are combined with scientific data to conduct research with meaningful impact for Indigenous communities and partners.
